Will and the team help design an extension which was challenging as we were already significantly extended and with loft conversion and existing ground floor extension. The new planning proposal would double the rear extension to 40m2. Chances of planning being approved were 50/50 because of the size and significant change in levels and was refused on grounds of scale. An independent appeal was required and the original refusal was overturned with help from Petro. Will helped us through all stages and was pivotal in our success. I recommend them to everyone.
