Q. What do I need to do if I want to build an extension?
A. You firstly need a measured survey of the existing property to show the plans as existing. We would then put together a proposal for the extension and obtain Planning consent for the work. Construction Drawings are then produced to obtain Building Regulations approval. The drawings can then be given to a builder/contractor to price and construct the project.
